FAQ

Why become a member?

Collectors Club is built for collectors who want priority — early access to new products and autograph tickets, members-only pricing, game-used items before the public, concierge help, and the Facebook group for raffles & breaks.

How much is the membership?

$12.99/month or $99.99/year (best value). Annual members also get the FREE welcome gift joining bonus.

How long does the membership last?

Monthly renews each month. Annual runs for a full year from your join date. Manage either plan in your FanCave.com account.

Will my membership automatically renew?

Yes — subscriptions renew automatically so you don’t lose access. You can cancel or change plans anytime in your account before the next renewal (cancelling starts a 12-month wait before you can rejoin).

Can I transfer my membership?

Memberships are tied to your FanCave.com account and aren’t transferable. Questions? Email help@fancave.com.

Can I get a refund if I want to cancel?

Monthly plans can be cancelled to stop the next renewal. Annual memberships are generally non-refundable after purchase — reach out to help@fancave.com if something went wrong and we’ll help.

What happens if I cancel my membership?

Once you cancel your membership, you cannot sign up for the club for 12 months.

Is there a flat 10% off everything?

No. Collectors Club is about access — members-only pricing on club inventory, early autograph tickets, game-used priority, and concierge help. Occasional member codes may drop, but this isn’t a sitewide percent-off club.

Does it work in-store?

Yes — tell us you’re a Collectors Club member at Fan Cave, 121 N. Kirkwood Rd, Kirkwood, MO.
