Shipping

At Fan Cave, we take great pride in providing quick, efficient delivery services. Our products typically leave our store / warehouse within 24 hours (Monday through Saturday). Our standard shipping options are provided by UPS or whatever carrier you choose during checkout. Upgraded shipping options are available for expedited delivery - email help@fancave.com to get that taken care of.

Domestic (Within the USA): All shipping costs are calculated at the time of check out. We ship daily Monday - Saturday to ensure your item arrives in a timely manner.

Outside of the USA: We offer international shipping via USPS International Air (under 3 pounds), USPS International Priority Mail, or UPS which will be calculated during the checkout process. However, some exceptions are made to this and we may need to reach out to you directly to discuss options. In some cases, international shipments will experience delays due to customs, and unfortunately we cannot control this type of delay. You will  be responsible for any import or customs fees for your delivery.

You can ALWAYS select to pick up your order in our store and save on shipping costs. During the check out process - you will see the option to pick up at our Kirkwood, MO. Retail Store. Simply select the "Pick Up" tab for details on picking up your item. In most cases - your item will be ready for pick up within 1 hour!!
