Along with your item you will need to bring / mail a form that we have for you to specify what you are dropping off along with where you would like it signed. We will begin accepting store drop offs starting immediately.

Autograph Ticket Pricing:
$69 - Trading Cards, Baseballs, Magazines & Photos up to 16X20
$89 - Bats, Jerseys, Canvas, Artwork, Oversize Flats / Photos, Bobbleheads, Batting Helmets & Specialty Items. 
$99 - Game Used Items (Jerseys, Bats, Helmets, Gloves, Balls, Etc.)
$29 - Inscriptions - Any text added to the autograph. Inscriptions are required for each individual achievement - up to three words.

etc...

Only one autograph per ticket. If you would like an Inscription, you will need to purchase one and add it to your cart at check out.

Due to the increased number of items being sent in / dropped off at our autograph signings - please read the following updated Terms & Conditions:

Signing Instructions:

• Each autograph ticket purchased is good for one autograph on one item.
• You can have your own item signed or purchase one of our items to have signed.
• You can send in or drop off your own item to be signed.
• Make sure to purchase a ticket based on the item type you are purchasing or dropping off. 
• Items Excluded: jersey numbers, unlicensed jerseys, bulky items due to shipping.
• Fan Cave Sports holograms will be attached to all drop off items after the signing.
• If you are dropping off or shipping an item, please include a send in form in your package for each item you are wanting signed.

Terms & Conditions:

• Fan Cave Sports is not responsible and will not discount for minor imperfections.
• Fan Cave Sports is not responsible for any lesser quality autographs on drop off / mail in items.
• Fan Cave Sports is not responsible for minor wear or damage common with handling an item.
• Fan Cave Sports will only be responsible up to a maximum of the cost of the autograph on the order for major damage or loss in shipping. If your item is valuable, please purchase separate insurance.
• Fan Cave Sports cannot guarantee to send back markers, documents or exact holders sent in with items.

Athlete Responsibility:

• All athletes reserve the right to refuse to sign any item.
• All athletes reserve the right to refuse, change or shorten any inscription.
• All athletes reserve the right to change or shorten any personalization.
• Inscriptions or personalization must be obtained at the same time as the autograph and cannot be added to previously signed items.
• We cannot refund or discount orders due to changes made by the athlete.
• Fan Cave Sports is not responsible for any costs for any items that the celebrity refuses to sign.

Procedures:

• Orders must be received by the date listed in the event details. If we sell out of a photo a similar one will be chosen.
• Items received after the signing will be returned at the customer's expense.
• Shipping costs will be added to all items that need to be shipped back.
• Payment for the autograph ticket must be made prior to the signing.
• Each event is based around athlete schedule and dates are subject to change.
• In the case of a postponement, orders will be held until the signing can take place.
• Orders not picked up within 60 days of signing will have shipping charged and sent out.
• Canadian customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
• No refunds for any reason on pre order autographed items or service.

At Fan Cave Sports, we take great pride in providing quick, efficient delivery services. Our products typically leave our store / warehouse within 24 hours (Monday through Saturday). Our standard shipping options are provided by USPS Priority Mail & UPS. Upgraded shipping options are available for expedited delivery. 

Domestic (Within the USA): All shipping costs are calculated at time of check out. We ship daily Monday - Saturday to ensure your item arrives in a timely manner.

Outside of the USA: We offer international shipping via USPS International Air (under 3 pounds), USPS International Priority Mail, or UPS which will be calculated during the checkout process. However, some exceptions are made to this and we may need to reach out to you directly to discuss options. In some cases, international shipments will experience delays due to customs, and unfortunately we cannot control this type of delay. You will be responsible for any import or customs fees for your delivery.

You can ALWAYS elect to pick up your order in our store and save on shipping costs. During the check out process - you will see the following screen. Simply select the "Pick Up" tab for details on picking up your item. In most cases - your item will be ready for pick up within 1 hour!!
